Edgewood High School has a long-standing commitment to remain an affordable option for families seeking a high school experience centered on high academic performance, service and leadership, as well as spiritual and personal development.
Each year, Edgewood provides $700,000 of needs-based tuition assistance to 40% of our families. The Mazzuchelli Fund takes this initiative one step further by providing additional support to those families facing obstacles and challenges that would otherwise prohibit a student from attending our institution.
The Mazzuchelli Fund was established in 2006, in honor of the founder of the Dominican Sisters of Sinsinawa, Fr. Samuel Mazzuchelli. Edgewood’s mission to educate our students and alumni about the importance of a life-long commitment to service and helping those through times of struggle is reflected in this grant fund.
As a private Catholic high school, Edgewood does not receive financial support from the federal or state government. Nor does it receive financial support from the Diocese of Madison. In addition, the actual cost to educate a student exceeds the cost of tuition and fees by more than $2,000 each year.
Edgewood relies on the commitment of the EHS Community – parents, alumni, friends and business partners – to achieve long-lasting and meaningful success.
As the school’s largest fundraiser, donations raised through SPRING FLING are an essential component in keeping tuition affordable for our families each year. We ask our Edgewood Community to come together and help provide tuition assistance through unrestricted contributions to the Mazzuchelli Fund.

Donors will be acknowledged in Edgewood High School’s Honor Roll of Donors. Cumulative gifts of $2,500 or more are permanently recognized in our Crusader Court.
